Totally caffeine free naturally, these blends of spices and herbs can be used to spice cider, apple and other juices, tea, and wine or even as a simmering potpourri.

Hot Spiced Wine Seasoning
Spiced Cider - The perfect spice & herb combination for creating a wintertime treat. Great for entertaining family and friends during the holiday season. Just add to 10 cups cider or 1 bottle of wine and simmer. A great GLOGG recipe is included as well. Contains: allspice, cloves, star anise, lemon peel, cinnamon, orange peel, and lemon balm.
Mulled Cider Blend – Packed in two cloth oversized tea bags, it can be used to craft the perfect autumnal drink. Each tea bag can turn a quart or up to a gallon of cider into a great smelling, good tasting hot drink. A special recipe is included for making mulled cranberry cider. Contains: cinnamon, cloves, ginger & allspice.
Wassail Blend - A spice blend for making wassail punch with wine and cider. Includes whole cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamon and orange peel. Place this reusable bag in grape juice or wine with cider or cranberry juice and a cup of raisins for a perfect holiday treat sure to keep guests happy (recipe included.)
Hot Spiced Wine Seasoning - The perfect combination of sweetener and spice to make any wine (white or red) a sparkling addition to a winter table. Just add the blend to a bottle of wine or pot of black or herb tea and simmer. Recipes are included. Contains: sugar, cinnamon, cloves, allspice.
The Backyard Patch hand-blends all of its herb and spice mixtures from recipes we crafted ourselves. We pride ourselves on the long shelf-life our herbs have and make not only cider blends like this, but herb flavored teas, cooking blends and seasonings, as well as bath items. The herbs we raise ourselves and all items we use are chemical-free.
