Time for tea (again)
I love herb tea. In fact, I started growing my first herb garden because stores carried only two herb teas -- chamomile and peppermint. This lack of quality choices in herb tea caused me to want to grow my own herbs to make and experiment with herb teas. Twenty-five years and 45 different tea blends later and I still never tire of the fun of combining different herbs to craft a tasty brew.
This blend is a combination created to lift your spirits. As we get to the darkest days of the year in the northern hemisphere, I find a bit of a pick me up is required. With this combination of herbs, you have an uplifting nerve tonic and antidepressant qualities to soothe your frazzled holiday nerves. And it is good cold too!
