Lemon Tea Herb Bread Mix, dry mix, perfect for afternoon tea

This Herb-infused Bread Mix contains all you need to make the bread except liquid ingredients, including lemon balm and lemon thyme. Like our other Bread Recipes this one comes packaged with a small loaf pan to cook the bread in. You can cut this thin to make cream cheese sandwiches to go with your tea or thick for a dessert. You can even create a glaze to make it a sweet treat.

This Tea Bread is a perfect compliment to our Lemon Bergamot Black tea, Zesty Lemon Herb Tea and Afternoon Lift and Tea Time Herbal Teas which you can find in our Herb Flavored Tea Collection.

At the Backyard Patch I use only the finest flour, sugar and herbal ingredients in my hand-blended creations for tea bread, scones. muffins and shortbread. They are all unique and simple to prepare. Adding liquid ingredients or butter is all you need to do.

Each blend is packaged in a cellophane pouch and can be stored in any cool and dry location. Full instructions are included.
