This recipe is for those who love dip, but want to avoid the fat and calories in it. This recipe made with cottage cheese will make veggies tasty and help you avoid that chip dip craving. It uses our Green Chervil Dressing Mix (the Backyard Patch herbs version of Green Goddess)
Goddess Dip for your Greens
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh onion
- 1 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Backyard Patch Herbs Green Chervil Dressing Mix
Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth. Chill well for 30 to 60 minutes to meld flavors. Serve with celery and carrot sticks or use to stuff romaine lettuce cups. Use within a week.
