Goddess for Greens Dip with carrots

They add minerals and vitamins to your food, as well as great taste.  And for the most part are considered "free" additives as they add no calories or carbs.

 Ingredients for Goddess for Greens Dip

This recipe is for those who love dip, but want to avoid the fat and calories in it.  This recipe made with cottage cheese will make veggies tasty and help you avoid that chip dip craving.  It uses our Green Chervil Dressing Mix (the Backyard Patch herbs version of Green Goddess) 

Goddess Dip for your Greens


Place all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.  Chill well for 30 to 60 minutes to meld flavors.  Serve with celery and carrot sticks or use to stuff romaine lettuce cups. Use within a week.
