Green Herb Sauce

1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbls. Backyard Patch Cilantro Spread Herb Mix
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all dry ingredients together. Moisten with some lemon juice or water. Add to food processor with olive oil and process until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste.
