Herbal Vinegar Gourmet Lemon Blend, lemon balm, lemon thyme, lemon basil, lemon grass and lemon verbena
Herbal Vinegar Gourmet Lemon Blend, lemon balm, lemon thyme, lemon basil, lemon grass and lemon verbena
This herb vinegar is crafted with fresh lemon herbs - a combination of lemon balm, lemon grass, lemon thyme, lemon verbena and lemon basil. It has a clear yet slightly yellow color with a rich lemon flavor and scent. This lemon blend is superb with chicken and fish, the perfect friend to salad dressings and sauces and brightens up steamed vegetables if you splash it on while they are hot. Jars vary in size and shape, but hold 12 ounces of vinegar. Using fresh home grown, pesticide free herbs we craft gourmet flavored vinegars for cooking, seasoning and sauces.
Preserving the fresh flavor of an herb, herbal vinegar is a great flavor addition to dressings and marinades as well as a perfect pick-me-up to sauces and vegetables. Herbal vinegar never spoils, but it does lose its unique herbal character after about 18 months. This vinegar crafted in 2020 will be tasty well into 2022.
Along with the vinegar we will include a recipe and tip sheet as well as several special recipes for use with this particular flavor of vinegar. To find other flavors check out the Seasonal Herbs Collection
The vinegar will be carefully packaged for shipping to avoid breakage and spillage.
