Create your own flavor-filled French-style vinaigrette. Good with all types of salads (including fruit salad.) And as a marinade for beef, chicken, pork & shrimp.

Like all blends from the Backyard Patch we guarantee an 18 to 24 month shelf-life, because we use only the freshest ingredients. All Backyard Patch herbs are raised organically and are chemical and pesticide free.

This mix comes in zip seal pouch for easy storage and contains enough to make several recipes.

Delmonico Sauce
A wonderful vegetable sauce for fresh broccoli or green beans. Also makes a good salad dressing.

1/2 cup prepared Patch French Dressing
(made with Backyard Patch French Dressing Herb Mix)
1 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chopped green peppers
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped (or rubbed through a sieve)

Mix ingredients in order given and serve over steak, eggsor as a dressing or saladsor vegetables.

I make 39 different "Herb Mixes." Each is blended to make a specific food item, like a dressing, rub, dip or spread. Recipes and tips for using the blend are included. These are packaged in a zip seal pouch with decorative labeling.

Because I grow and blend the herbs myself I can assure you no preservatives or pesticides have been used. I can also guarantee that these blends will hold up to storage for at least 18 months and still provide a flavorful item.

At the Backyard Patch I craft blends of home-grown herbs to use in cooking and entertaining. Although each was originally crafted to make a particular item, years of experimentation by customers and family has resulted in extra recipes and variations which are included with each mix.

Although the weights vary each package contains three (3) tablespoons of the blend which in most cases is enough to make at least two recipes.
