Tarragon Yogurt Dip Hand-blended, perfectly-crafted Herb Mix

This sugar-sweetened yogurt vegetable dip with the richness of tarragon and the tanginess of garlic.  It can also be a salad dressing even without thinning.  Safely packaged in a zip-seal pouch for easy storage, each package contains three (3) tablespoons of the blend which is enough to make at least two recipes. 

Can be used as a sauce on fish and as a baste on broiled fish. The sugar caramelizes and punctuates any otherwise dull fish. Contains tarragon, sugar, salt, garlic and other herbs.

Tarragon Chicken Legs (or Wings)
Yield 6 to 8 legs

6 to 8 chicken legs (12 to 16 Chicken Wings)
1 pkg. (3 Tbls) Backyard Patch Tarragon Yogurt Dip Mix
¼ to ½ tsp. (or more) Backyard Patch Four Spice Meat Rub

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take 6 to 8 chicken legs and put them in a plastic bag with an entire package of Tarragon Yogurt Herb Mix. Shake the chicken legs. Until coated. Put chicken on an aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet and bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
